Trex Decking and Railing Makes Top Ten in Pacific Coast Builders Conference "2002 Cool Products Competition"
WINCHESTER, Va., Jun 21, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Trex(R) decking and railing, manufactured by Trex Company, Inc. (NYSE: TWP), was named one of the "Top Ten Cool Products," in a pre-show competition held by the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC).

The competition was open to all building product manufacturers that will be attending the PCBC in San Francisco's Moscone Center from June 26 - 28, 2002. Trex Company will exhibit at booth #5137 in the North Hall of the Moscone Center.

With eight different groups of Cool Products, the PCBC show management invited about 3,000 randomly selected builders, developers, contractors and architects to judge the coolest products being exhibited at the show. Close to 500 respondents voted on their favorite products. Trex decking and railing was the only decking product to make the top ten.
