WINCHESTER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2007--Trex Company, Inc. (NYSE: TWP) today announced that Paul Fletcher has resigned his position as senior vice president and chief financial officer effective September 7, 2007. Mr. Fletcher is leaving to accept a position with a privately held technology company in the Washington, D.C. area.
