Discover – and Deliver – the Ideal Solution With Trex® Spiral Stairs™
Enhanced Website Now Features Interactive Tools to Take Users from Inspiration to Installation

WINCHESTER, Va., May 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Adding the sleek design and space-saving functionality of spiral stairs to your next outdoor living project is now just a click away. The newly enhanced website for Trex® Spiral Stairs™ includes a host of interactive tools, including a custom stair builder, inspiration gallery and enhanced installation and customer service support to make the design and installation process easier and more intuitive.

“The Trex Spiral Stairs website is a key resource and information hub for designers and deck builders seeking the ideal solution for their multi-story outdoor living projects,” said Sam Cohen, managing director for The Iron Shop, supplier of Trex Spiral Stairs. “These upgrades make it possible to envision the full extent of design possibilities, create a customized solution and easily proceed to ordering and installation.”

Build Your Own Staircase with the Custom Stair Builder
Among the most noteworthy additions to the site is a new Custom Stair Builder tool that guides users through the myriad design possibilities, allowing them to mix-and-match diameters, treads, tread coverings and spindles. Once users have selected their preferred staircase material – metallic or aluminum – the tool then proceeds through each design option one-by-one. As the user selects an option, such as square or round spindles, a prototype image of the staircase automatically updates to reflect the change. Users can easily click back-and-forth through different options until they have created the ideal staircase for their project.

Get Inspired – and Get Underway
The enhanced website also includes an Inspiration Gallery that features Trex Spiral Stairs models in a variety of outdoor living settings. If users are intrigued by a particular image, they can simply hover over it with their mouse for information on the exact specifications and materials used.

Keep scrolling, and Trex Spiral Stairs customer service information appears at the bottom of each page, allowing users to easily contact The Iron Shop at any point in the process with questions or to request a quote or more information.

In addition, under the Resources and Installation tabs, users can find support documents such as a downloadable staircase blueprint, as well as a step-by-step visual installation guide to simplify the installation process.

“As homeowners opt for more creative outdoor living design elements, it’s up to designers and deck builders to offer unique options like spiral stairs that enhance spaces and provide customizable solutions that meet the needs of each client,” Cohen added. “With our new Custom Stair Builder and website enhancements, we’ve created a one-stop shop to help take any project from inspiration to installation.”
